I have no idea how to solve the code for the food court. The order on the flyer doesn't work. And there doesn't seem to be anywhere to go other than the Supply Closet, Restroom, and Food Court.
The order on the flyer does work – make sure you're using the numbers on the food court map, and that you're entering the code into the right place (remember, it's the favourite food of the woman who runs the clothing boutique!)
Have you examined the sunglasses kiosk thoroughly?

Never found the key ring for the jewellery store but having the other three was enough for me to guess the missing digit in the end
